Woodlawn's plans for the new school year feature all Kindergarten through sixth grade students on campus, five days per week. Students in grades 7 - 12 will be on campus alternating days and engaged in high-quality, synchronous and asynchronous work online alternating days. Our first day of school: August 20.
We are committed to the highest levels of safety, health and wellness for our students, teachers and our Woodlawn families. Daily health screening for all students and teachers every morning. Deep-cleaning and sanitizing of every classroom every night. A special feature: our 61-acre campus has excellent outdoor spaces, gardens and learning spaces. For nearly 20 years, a core value of the Woodlawn Way has been active, engaged learning making full use of outdoor spaces.
We have waiting lists in several grades and are near capacity in others. Please contact us for a personal tour of the campus (we ask you to wear a mask).
The Woodlawn Way has always been a creative, dynamic, adaptable and joyful approach to teaching and learning. We have always been a school community in which every child is known and valued, every voice heard, and a place where teachers and parents are partners. Now more than ever, children need the Woodlawn Way!
